You can also submit a wide range of materials for inclusion in the My Meeting Professional hub. The types of materials appropriate for individual submission include white paper reports, conference round-ups, presentations, dissertations and theses. Make sure that you hold copyright for any submission.
My Meeting Professional accepts a wide range of formats, including most compressed web video and audio formats as well as standard .pdf,.ppt, .txt, .doc, or .rtf files. We will contact you if the format is unreadable.
Content ownership is important to the hub and so please give us details about yourself, your organisation, your contact details and a brief outline of the submission when you send info to the hub via email. Remember that if you have multiple files to submit, please compress the files to create one “zipped” folder.
We will review all submitted materials in line with our criteria for publication.
